Nestled within the five-star hotel, featuring luxurious Japanese art and décor, the sushi restaurant offers exquisite seasonal delicacies while providing world-class hospitality to The Peninsula Tokyo’s discerning guests. The exclusive restaurant is operated by Wa Creations and helmed by two Michelin-starred Chef Rei Masuda, a disciple of world-famous Sushi Master Jiro Ono of Sukiyabashi Jiro, under whom Chef Masuda honed his techniques.
