The sumptuous weekend feast combines international “Farm-to-Table” buffet and a la carte cuisines with a hint of Mediterranean inspiration paired with a free flow of fine wines, champagnes, bespoke Bloody Mary cocktails and fresh, healthy juices.
Each Sunday, family diners enjoy unlimited access to a lavish presentation of freshly imported seafood, featuring succulent lobsters, shrimps and shucked oysters accompanied by homemade sauces, condiments and dressings. An extensive selection of homemade cold cuts includes cured and smoked fish, and the delicatessen station also offers an impressive platter of premium cheeses from around the world.
In addition to the extensive buffet selections, guests can choose from an à la carte menu of hot appetisers, signature rice dishes and main courses. Each main course is served with fresh organic vegetables, which are produced by local farms certified for their sustainability and traceability as part of The Peninsula Beijing’s “farm to table” dining concept. To complete a truly unforgettable family brunch, a mouthwatering selection of handcrafted desserts and freshly baked pastries and muffins are guaranteed to bring a smile to diners of all ages.
The delicious brunch cuisines are paired with a free flow of wines from the Wine Market, a handpicked selection of four fine red and four delicious white wines from Italy, France and Spain. Diners can also choose a free-flow option of The Peninsula Champagne by Deutz and Krug Grand Cuvée Champagne.
The Sunday Brunch Buffet at The Lobby Lounge at The Peninsula Beijing is served from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, and is priced RMB 480 per person, including free flow of selected wines, soft drinks, juices and Bloody Mary cocktails.
