This spring, The Peninsula Beverly Hills is inviting guests to extend the weekend with Sunday Suppers at The Belvedere. Relax in the restaurant’s lively dining room –or dine al fresco surrounded by lush, leafy foliage – and enjoy a hearty supper featuring Belvedere favorites and comfort food classics.
The plentiful spread will include signature dishes, such as the Charred Caesar Salad, as well as new seasonal highlights, such as the Oxtail and Short Rib Lasagna. Served family-style, the menu introduces a more relaxed style of dining at the recently remodeled restaurant and debuts a number of shareable, home-style items loved by Executive Chef David Codney and his culinary team.
“Growing up, we had family dinner every Sunday – no TV, no interruptions, no exceptions,” explains Executive Chef David Codney. “To me, the dining room is the true heart of the home and I wanted to bring that concept to The Belvedere.”
Rounding off the experience is a carafe of wine for the table, specially selected each week by the hotel’s Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Conrad Reddick.
